AGM 2024

All Fraser Lands attendees are welcome to join us for the Annual General Meeting either in-person or online via live stream and hear the current and future plans of our church. We will celebrate what the Lord has done in our church this past year and elect our elders and the Elder Nominating Committee for this coming year.  

All attendees are welcome to stay for the entire meeting but please note that only Fraser Lands Church members are eligible to participate in the Election of Elders and the Election of the Nominating Committee. FLC members are those who have been baptized at FLC or transferred membership.

Members will be voting via an online google form. For those who will be in-person who may have trouble voting on their device, staff will be available in the foyer to provide technical assistance. 

Childcare will be available during the AGM for children 3-12 years old in Room 207 from 11am-12:30pm. The Nursery will be open for self-service.

AGM Registration

Registration is required for everyone wanting to attend the AGM (in-person or online via live stream). The registration deadline is April 21, 2024. Online registration is now closed.

If any FLC attender who has not registered yet and would like to come to the AGM, please register at the registration table on the day of the AGM after the Combined Service on Sunday April 28th from 10:30am-11am in the entrance foyer. 

The live stream link and meeting details will be emailed to registrants on Wednesday April 24th. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 

Whether you plan to attend in-person or online via live stream, each member who is intending to vote needs to register at the link above. You will be sent information on April 24th on how to cast your vote electronically at the AGM.
