We encourage our community to pray and support those participating in short term mission, and to consider serving in short term mission for thesmselves.
There are a variety of Short Term Mission (STM) opportunities throughout the year. In the past, our church has organized STM trips to local destinations such as towns in the BC Interior or to other countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Ecuador, Dubai, and in the Far East. These are normally led by pastoral staff or experienced lay leaders.
In addition, we encourage our members to join other organizations that send teams to different parts of the world each year. These include EMAS, CRRS, Alliance Men, etc.
