Sylvia works as the Manager at CRRS. She manages routine administrative tasks to support all CRRS ministries. She also is appointed with the Education project bridging the Canadian donors and supporters with the recipients in education sponsorship projects spread over 10 poverty stricken counties in rural Guangxi. Sylvia is passionate about caring for the underprivileged students.

CRRS's mission is to seed China's future generation with visions of its own potential and to give it the fundamental tools to enable every child to live out his/her aspirations. One of the ways CRRS achieves its mission is by practical and measurable actions such as benevolence, helping in natural disasters, and bringing young people to China to teach underprivileged students English.
