Mayday Ministry Trip

Easter is coming soon when we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. It signifies new life and new birth.  We have been praying and helping the rebuilding and rebirth of the Lytton community since the 2021 wildfire that destroyed almost the entire village. 

Our next Ministry Trip to Lytton will be on Saturday May 17, 2025, during their traditional Mayday Events. Again, we have been invited to conduct our popular Children’s Carnival. This Carnival brings much joy and excitement to the local children. Will you consider joining us on this trip? As usual, it will be a long but meaningful day trip - guaranteed. You can register online or contact us directly. Please do so as soon as possible to help our planning.

In addition, we have also been invited to help with Lytton’s 2nd Canyon Cruise fundraising event on Sunday May 18.  This event was started last year to raise money for groups who help in the rebuilding and recovery of Lytton. The event brings together the old & new custom car enthusiasts driving from Hope and other places to Lytton. If you can stay in Lytton for one more day (Sunday) to assist, please let us know. The one-night free accommodation will be covered by Lytton Pines Motel.  

It should be noted that a training/prayer session is required for each member of the Mayday Ministry Trip Team. It is scheduled for Sunday May 4th from 1pm to 3pm.
