Mission Highlight - Tracy Baylen

LeaderImpact helps leaders thrive in three areas of life: professional, personal, and spiritual—enabling them to make a lasting impact, not only in their organizations but in the world around them. Through spaces in local cities where leaders connect weekly, and Global Exchanges—opportunities to share their personal and professional journey, and the role that faith plays in it, with other leaders in other parts of the world, LeaderImpact empowers leaders to live lives of purpose, influence, and faith—helping them to lead well, live well, and leave a lasting legacy.

Praise & Prayer

• LeaderImpact is Leader Led, Staff Supported. This means we support a large number of leaders who volunteer their time and resources to reach other leaders with the good news of Christ. Praise God for the 300+ leaders across Canada who currently serve with us. Please pray that God will enable our staff to inspire, encourage, and equip them in their labours.
  
  
• Praise that our leadership podcast, LeaderImpact Podcast, reached its 100th episode! We are thankful for our host, Lisa Peters, and all the guests who have shared their professional and faith stories with our listeners.
  
  
• Pray for protection over the Global Exchange teams heading to Panama City (March) and Ixatapa/Zihuatanejo, Mexico (April). Pray that local leaders would be open to hearing the Gospel and that many will make the decision to follow Him.
  
  
• We have opportunities for those who have a heart for leaders and evangelism to join our staff team. Pray that God would bring us people who will be the right fit for the team.
