Missions Sunday on June 22, 2025

Matthew 28:18-20
And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.

Called to Service by the Same Person, the Same Power, the Same Purpose with the Same Presence” – that was the message delivered to us on Missions Sunday … what is your response to the Calling? We have heard from Lytton, NightShift, and Global Exchange about the needs and opportunities to serve our neighbours, the needy, and overseas, what are you doing about them?

We are thankful that many guests joined us for the Sunday in worship and lunch including Pastor Sam Owusu, Mayor Denise O’Connor & Councilor Nonie McCann from Lytton, Keri Vermeulen & Summer Hockin with NightShift Street Ministries. It was indeed a celebration of our shared commitment to outreach and engage our community and beyond. Did the Lord stir your heart for Mission?

We encourage you to make yourself available to our church’s and other mission ministries as we carry out the Great Commission of our Lord.
