Throughout August, we will be having our Summer Family Service where Teens and Kids will be joining us for every Sunday of the Month! We will have some Activity books and some tables set up for the younger ones located up in the balcony. 

During this series, we will be looking at some of the narratives through the book of Acts, paying close attention to how the Church’s foundations were set and shaped by the Acts of the Apostles, leading to the Church being a beacon of Hope and Restoration for the world. We look forward to having you with us!

Tombert and Joyce are thankful for the years of ministry with Youth for Christ/Youth Unlimited (23 and 15 years respectively). God has always shown them His mercy and grace. Join us as we learn from each others' expertise and grow together. Our next ministry trip to Lytton will be on Saturday August 30 during their 21st annual River Festival. We will again be serving the community by holding a Children’s Carnival. For the trip, we need 40 to 50 volunteers. We also need vehicles and at least two drivers for each vehicle to share the 3-hours drive. An orientation/training session is scheduled for Sunday August 17 from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

All parents with kids attending any of the Children's Ministry programs (Awana, Sunday School, Kidz Church, etc.), please fill out the registration form by August 24th to register your kids for the upcoming ministry year starting in September 2025.

If you have ever wondered if God still speaks today or how to hear His voice, then we invite you to join us for the Hearing God Seminar! We will explore this question and more. It is one of the most important practices of the Christian walk and it can help you experience and connect with God at an even deeper level.

Everyone has questions about life. What is my purpose? What happens when I die? Why is there suffering? Alpha is a chance to ask these big questions and explore the Christian faith in a safe, low-key, relaxed environment. Invite a friend to explore these questions together! Each interactive session includes dinner, a short film, and a discussion. Cost is free for guests. 

Alpha starts September 24th and runs for 11 Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:45pm. Click below for more info or to register.

Serve at Alpha
We are looking for volunteers to help run Alpha. We cook and prepare each meal for 11 weeks, set up a dining space for guests to eat and enjoy the film and have table discussions all done by volunteers! Please prayfully consider serving in this 11 week long ministry to outreach to those in our community and beyond. The next Alpha will run from September 24 - December 3, 2025.

The roles we are looking for are food preparation, dessert makers, table discussions, greeters and sign-in, setup, A/V, worship, and book table. Sunday Parking Reminder
