Pastor Peter was born and raised in a Christian home in Guangdong, China. His mother took him to church and taught him to love the Bible. He made his decision to serve God when he was in middle school. He was called to full time ministry in 2000, and has served at the Kaiping Church of China for over 10 years after graduation from Zhongnan Theological Seminary in 2004. In 2013, he graduated from the China Graduate School of Theology (CGST) in Hong Kong with a Master’s degree in Biblical studies. Peter is currently serving as the Mandarin Congregation Pastor at Fraser Lands Church since 2016.
Peter has been married to his wife, Tiffany, since 2013 and came to Canada in 2014. Peter and Tiffany like to talk with people; they hope they can grow in Christ and build up Christ’s body with unity. Peter is good at making his favorite Chinese dishes like desserts and soups. He hopes to share healthy and delicious dishes with all the brothers and sisters in our church family.
