Shepherding:
The Chief Shepherd Jesus Christ once " . . . saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things." (Mark 6:34) both of us, the "undershepherds", are trying to model after Jesus.  The Martinique Chinese Alliance Church survived six years without proper pastoral care and leadership, the sheep are fed only by a handful of freelance pastors, like us, to pay them short visits occasionally.  However, God told us to go to this island the fourth time, to nurture His flock.

Thanksgiving:

• Air Canada flight attendants renewed their contract – job action ended, we could fly.
• Our dormitory condo, suffered water-leak issue last year is finally repaired, the odd mildew smell is cleared.

Prayer Requests:

• Remember this church, their leadership, especially during the time pastors are absent.
• May God enable us to edify the members of a complacent church.
• Pray that our eight-week stay can ignite some long lasting spiritual flames.
• We had encountered traffic accident, agonising ailment, civil unrest episode on this island, we covet your prayer support to overcome the next round of our spiritual battle.
