Dear FLC Ministry Leads, Small Group Leaders, Fellowship Leaders,  

Due to unexpected delays, please note the updated dates. We hope to have rooms available to use starting June 3rd.

As we reopen, we invite you to make your ministry booking requests so that we can organize the usage of space. We will be emailing the room booking page access and login to ministry leaders, small group & fellowship leaders on Friday March 25th. There you will be able to access the Online Booking Form, Room Booking Calendar, Floor Plans, and Room Use Policy & Guidelines. Please submit your requests by April 15th. We will strive to inform you of your room allocations by May 6th. At this time, we will only be booking for church ministry groups. We are currently not able to accommodate outside rentals.

Any user group who books the kitchen must have at least one member present in the user group who has gone through a kitchen/equipment training session. Our first training session will be on Saturday April 30th. We will email ministry leaders on the details, time, and sign up info in the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.
