Funfest is a safe and fun alternative for children on Halloween Night. This is our annual carnival filled with games, prizes, and food for kids from ages 3 to 12 years old. Connect Café is hosting a Newcomers Welcome Luncheon on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm at Fraser Lands Church in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Lunch is free for newcomers. 

All newcomers who have been attending Fraser Lands Church at any time between January 2025 to the present and have not attended the last Connect Cafe Newcomers Welcome Luncheon, are welcome to attend. Come and enjoy a free meal, get to know us, and give us an opportunity to get to know you as well.

Clothing collection dates are Sundays Oct. 12 & 19. Please join us to participate in our 3rd annual Clothing Drive, organized by the “Love Our Neighbours” Cantonese small group, in support of NightShift Street Ministries. Since 2004, this non-profit Christian organization has been serving the needy and homeless in Surrey's inner city - and now also in Langley - by sharing God's love in practical and tangible ways.

Our donations will help NightShift continue providing clean, warm clothing, shoes, and blankets—simple yet essential items that enable our neighbours in need to survive another cold night this winter. Sunday Parking Reminder
On Sundays, the upper parking lot is reserved for first time visitors, parents with babies/toddlers (up to age 3), people who have limited mobility, handicap parking, and drop off/pick up.

Cross Cultural Training & Mosque Tour
- Understanding and Reaching our Muslim Neighbours with the Gospel of Christ
CCCOWE Canada is hosting a training session at Fraser Lands on Thursday Nov. 13, 2025 at 7pm-9pm led by Pastor Alfred Chui that will explore both the challenges and opportunities of witnessing Christ to our Muslim neighbours, particulary in the context of Chinese churches. Pastor Alfred will share on "Understanding our Muslim neighbours" & "Preparation for the Mosque Visit - practical interaction with Muslims". Registration required.
