Youth Sunday Service - IMPORTANT NOTICE

From September to December 2025, we are undergoing a trial period of an integrated service with our Youth and English congregations.

We are so grateful for the years of faithful service by many of our members who have invested deeply in our youth through the Youth Sunday Service. FLC had become known to be a place where we care for our youth in ways that give them space to learn, grow, and explore their faith in the context of a worship that was designed for them.

In this next season, we are exploring ways to further strengthen our community of youth so that long-term, healthy relationships with the church can be built through a more cohesive and streamlined way of discipleship and leadership training.

As such, we are entering a trial period of integrating our Youth and English services together so that the best of both worship services can be utilized to enrich our community as a whole.

At a glance, we are putting in place structures and systems within the broader context of our English ministries to ensure that our youth are not only acknowledged and belong, but that they have opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways according to what God has gifted them.

Youth Sunday School

We have Youth Sunday School classes on Sunday mornings as a way to expand and explore our understanding of the Christian faith. We focus on the teaching of Scripture, building of relationships, and learning to articulate our faith.

All youth are welcome, but if you are in Gr.7-8, this is especially a great opportunity to get to know our youth program and receive more intentional guidance to navigate a transition from Children's Ministry to Youth Ministry.
