Hey FLC dads, let’s call it how it is—being a father, especially while balancing life and work is no small feat. It’s a lot to juggle, and it’s easy to feel like you’ve got to have it all figured out or hold everything together perfectly. But here’s the truth: you don’t need to be a superhero. Your kids don’t need a flawless role model; they just need you. They need a dad who’s willing to walk the walk, keep a level head when things get stressful, and be humble enough to admit when you’re still learning and growing yourself.

At the end of the day, the best thing you can give your family is your own genuine heart and your commitment to keep following God. Whether you’re trying to pass down the values that matter most, choosing to be the peacemaker in the home, or just working through your own mistakes, you’re building something that lasts. All that hard work and sacrifice you put in? It’s making a massive difference. So, take a breather and know that simply showing up and being real with your kids is honestly the greatest gift you could ever give them.

A five day summer day camp, where kids from Preschool to Grade 6 can join in on the fun! A fabulous week of day camp filled with Bible lessons, creative crafts, joy-filled singing, amazing games, delicious refreshments, and lasting friendships.

There are just a few more spots available, so if you haven't already registered your child/ren for VBS and want them to attend, please register soon. Registration runs from May 15-July 5 or until space is filled up, whichever comes first. Click below for more info.

FLC mugs will be available to purchase starting on Sunday June 28th to July 26th at the Info Counter in the front entrance foyer after services. There are 6 colours to choose from: yellow, orange, lime, sky blue, red, and dark grey. Cost is $13 per mug or 2 for $25. Cash or cheque only please.

VBS Volunteer Sign Up

Sunday Parking Reminder
On Sundays, the upper parking lot is reserved for first time visitors, parents with babies/toddlers (up to age 3), people who have limited mobility, handicap parking, and drop off/pick up.
